Sisters Network is governed by an elected Board of Directors and assisted by an appointed medical advisory committee. Montgomery County Interfaith Hospitality Network (MCIHN), an affiliate of Family Promise, was begun in 2001. They serve homeless families in the area of Montgomery County,Texas, by uniting faith communities in a cooperative effort to provide shelter, meals, and compassionate assistance. MCIHN receives vital assistance from 14 host congregations and 2 support churches in Montgomery County.

Montgomery County Interfaith Hospitality Network will be a premier organization recognized for providing shelter for homeless families with children, which leads them to successful independent living. To do this they will be a well-funded, properly staffed, compassionate organization that encourages and recognizes volunteer commitment. They will be advocates for low-income housing and they will make more services available by increasing size of the existing church network.
